Getting Started with Pilates
For new clients with no Pilates experience, or for those with injuries, a private lesson is required. The personal attention during the private class creates ensures individual needs are addressed while building the foundation necessary for learning Pilates principles.
We encourage new clients to contact us directly in order to discuss their particular needs and skill levels.
Your First Pilates Visit
- Plan to arrive 10 minutes early to complete a registration form.
- Wear comfortable clothing. Classes are performed barefoot.
- No heavy meals two hours before class.
Studio Policies
- Sessions are by appointment only. No drop-ins allowed
- 24-hour cancellation policy. There is a charge for a late cancellation.
- NO GUM
- No pants with zippers
- Arrive on time and be fully present
